Perforated metal tubes are available in diameter up to 6 in. and lengths up to 30 in. in different metals including carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum in different thicknesses. Perforated metal tubes are popularly used in filter products as support tubing, and sometimes it is used directly as filter tubes and cylinders for certain industries. We can manufacture perforated tube solutions with high tolerances and straight or flared ends to allow for unrestricted flow and facilitating flow pressure and temperature measurements.
Materials:
stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum or other materials. The mostly used stainless steel perforated tubes include 304, 304L, 316, 316L.for example:
304 (Austenitic)
One of the most widely used general-purpose stainless steels. It possesses an excellent combination of strength, corrosion resistance and fabricates well. To reduce carbide precipitation when welding, use 304L for its lower-carbon content.
316 (Austenitic)
Superior corrosion resistance compared to other 300 series alloys when used in used harsh corrosive environments (ex. sea water, chemicals, etc.). To reduce carbide precipitation when welding, use 316L for its lower-carbon content.
Specification:
Hole pattern:round, square, hexagonal, oval and special hole patterns.
Open area:it will determine the strength of the support tube and the filter flow.
The thickness of perforated metal tubes:0.2mm to 15mm
Opening diameter:0.2mm to 100mm
Applications:
Perforated metal tube can be used for decorating, cage ventilation, antiskid. At the same time, the different mesh can be as the guard of central heating, air conditioning equipment, different sorts of chassis and machines. Another important use is filtration. For instance, filter, filter pipe, water and gas treatment equipment. The surface of board is plain, clean and no seta.
